A few gasps with the intention that the air enters his lungs was what Blake came out of at that moment, it had been a few minutes since he finished with the dungeon he was in, but he was still on the ground trying to calm down enough to then stand up slowly.
"Sigh... I almost died, again..." And as if mocking him, the voice of the system sounded again at that moment.
[Death resist Skill, increased.]
"Am I a joke to you?" But aside from the small exchange of words, Blake had to pay attention to the notification that appeared right after that.
[Forest Quest, completed. New dungeon unlocked: Mystery Tree.]
Hearing that and noticing how the peculiar screen appeared in front of him, Blake was curious to see what that dungeon was about.
{Dungeon: Mystery Tree. Recommended level: 30.
What sleeps beneath the Sharance Tree? Solve the mystery!}
"Level thirty... Sometimes I do crazy things, but I don't want certain death, thanks." Having a clearer idea of how the labyrinth worked, Blake knew that the system wasn't kidding about the recommended level, all the monsters he had faced seemed to really have that level of strength plus the area boss was even stronger, so he just opted to leave everything for when he was level enough or his strength increased to take on whatever was in that place.
Having recovered, he used a thought to get out of that mysterious place, and realizing that he was back inside the huge Sharance tree, Blake made sure to put away some things that were still in his inventory and that he had no plans to use besides putting in the shipping box some dishes left with him and his former sword to sit on his bed and have something he wanted to try.
"This recipe bread says it will teach me a forge recipe, let's see how it goes." Without hesitation, Blake took the small bread and began to devour it while realizing that it had the same flavor and texture as the one, he had tasted before and then hearing the typical notice in his mind.
[Learned recipe: Steel Sword.]
"Well, it seems to work the same way, I guess the recipes I can learn are just the beginner ones at the moment." Blake was aware of the new information that had appeared in his mind, it was the detailed instructions on how to forge a sword made of steel like the one he had been using, so he thought it would be a good idea to get a forge in the future.
He just saw the time when he was done with it and it was enough for a slight yawn to come out of him and he lay back in comfort on his bed waiting for the next day.

/Friday, Spring 18/6:00 AM/
A new morning covered the lush Sharance tree and Blake began to open his eyes at that precise moment, miraculously the notification about his sleeping skill leveling up had not sounded, but instead, the characteristic sound of drops of water falling outside it was the window that woke up.
"Looks like it's going to be a rainy morning, I guess it'll do the crops well, right?" Even though the crops were low in the tree, there were enough openings for both rain and sunlight to reach them, so Blake wasn't worried, and seeing that the rain didn't seem to stop still, he went outside his house to see if there was anything new in his mailbox.
{Weeding help.
Client: Daria
I'm almost out of paints! I need my assistant!}
Noticing the strange content of the letter, Blake simply put it away and was able to deduce what the hyperactive elf wanted.
"It was a good thing I didn't put all the colored herbs I picked the other day in the shipping box; I hope that's enough." Putting down to work, Blake left his house at the same time that he summoned a sphere of light above his head, preventing the rain fell on him so he could follow the path that would take him to Daria's house and he didn't have to wait long when he realized that the door of the cabin was open. 'Let's see what happens this time.'
With some caution, Blake entered another of the places where he never knew what could happen, the typical works of art that no one could tell what they really were reappeared in front of him accompanied by a girl with golden hair who herself it seemed to be a work of art in herself and she didn't take long for to notice.
"Right on time, as expected from my number one assistant, hehe." her characteristic voice rang out, though it seemed strange to Blake that it didn't start with her peculiar scream.
"Actually, I think I'm your only assistant."
"That makes you even more special, doesn't it?" Blake had rolled his eyes for a second.
"I don't think it works like that, about the letter..."
"Yes, actually I need you to get me some colored herbs, I need to make a painting as soon as possible and I am short of paint."
"That's all?"
"Just that. I need red, yellow, and orange grass, please."
"Then I guess it won't be long. Will these work for you? I picked them from my fields." Daria's eyes lit up when she saw the herbs she needed.
"That's enough! Besides, I always prefer to pick grass that grows near the Sharance tree, I don't know why, but there's something special about them. You did a great job, dear assistant." Daria's smile was quite contagious and Blake just sighed at her expression.
