Nothing seemed to change at that moment, before the sight of the other spectators the scene had been shown where Blake had just raised his hand and then said exactly those words that no one really understood.
An almost invisible pressure had remained in the air and no one could explain why, Blake had gone completely still just like the imposing raccoon that was in front of him. Nothing else worth mentioning had happened and the sight grew stranger as you looked at it.
In reality, everything seemed to have stopped when Blake had said those words that only he and the raccoon had heard, the seconds kept passing and the battle seemed to have come to a standstill where all the participants had stopped their movements.
The only thing that could be heard at that moment was the wind whipping the leaves of the trees as well as the small insects that hid in the dark. The static position everyone was in had already lasted for a significant amount of time and no one knew for sure how long that would last, but unlike what everyone thought, that situation came to an end the moment the clones and the huge raccoon began to shine with a characteristic light while it seemed that its body disintegrated little by little and then became that sphere of light that would move away and then disappear into nothing.
This could not be ignored by the figures of the silver-eyed boy and his partner, but taking away their emotions of disbelief that they had at that moment, their attention was quickly taken by Blake's body which had just collapsed in the middle of the whole place.
...
What had just happened seemed to make no sense to any other viewer, but from the point of view of the furious raccoon, it was completely different. The moment it heard Blake's words and an almost primordial fear hit its mind strongly, it knew that something very dangerous was approaching it, but despite being the protagonist at that moment, not even it could explain what had just happened.
The only way it could have explained all of that would be, "impossible" everything had been too strange, from the moment Blake's words entered its ears to the moment when everything seemed to go out.
It couldn't understand it, even though it had already seen something similar from its confrontation with the blond, that was totally different from what it had experienced, everything happened too fast, it couldn't even say that a second passed, no, everything happened in less from how long this one lasts, that light gray almost imperceptible flash to that simple pain that left as fast as it came and then realized that its vitality had gone with it, everything combined so that it realized that, with a just movement, it was as if it was being completely erased from existence.
...
A cluster of sudden emotions was haunting Blake's mind at the same time that he couldn't feel his body, all that information had just appeared in his head without giving him the time to understand what it meant, but he knew he had to use it at that precise moment.
A cut, a simple cut that was practically as if it had never existed but was impossible to deny, so short, yet so long at the same time and accompanied by a force that he had never experienced, was what was on Blake's mind at that moment.
Nanosecond, basically one-millionth part of a second, was simply negligible and impossible to express an action in that interval, but it was precisely what he had just experienced since he felt that same sensation run through his body and perform that same movement, it was so unreal and at the same time not, so simple but so difficult to explain and that not even his crazy imagination could recreate it.
He could feel it, as well as all the pressure that his body was subjected to and then he couldn't even do anything or avoid falling to the ground at that moment, there really was nothing to do, it was as if only a piece of his consciousness was the only thing that was left of him, but that simple pinch was enough so that he could not forget what just happened and that a single thought remained in his mind so that later it would completely turn off.
'A simple point of life…'
…
…
Calm, that was what Blake was feeling once he realized that he was in an empty place, it was as if all his problems and worries had vanished at the same time his body was completely relaxed in that place, no had not a single question about where he was or if there was a way out, not only because he was practically on some kind of astral travel, but because he was having an incredibly familiar feeling with this place that made him think of unnecessary things, but unfortunately for him, his consciousness seemed to wake up at that very moment when something fell on his face and some familiar voices entered his ears.
"You saw? I told you that with a little water I would react."
"Yes, but you were only supposed to sprinkle it, not lock it in a sphere full of water." The silver-eyed boy's judgmental voice reached his partner's ears.
"Don't judge my methods, judge my results." It didn't take long for Blake to know whom those voices belonged to and that the memories came quickly to him as well as all the fatigue and pain that his body was experiencing accompanied by a sudden cough pulling up the water that was in his mouth.
"Can you help me?" Those words seemed to take his rescuers by surprise as they thought it would take several hours for Blake to fully wake up, but aside from that, the silver-eyed boy wasted no time and quickly helped Blake up while supporting him with his body.
"Well, how do you feel?"
"As if a mountain had just fallen on me."
"That's a good metaphor, hahahaha!" The laughter that came out of the guy didn't make Blake very funny, but he wasn't really paying attention to him since he was absorbed in the notifications that kept ringing in his mind.
