The wind blade didn't stop, Blake's shield really stood up to it, but you could tell it was really useless, both Blake's shield and body were no match for the force of that spell, the force behind it pushed him back continuously as Blake's feet dug into the ground due to the speed with which he was backing up, he was using both arms to push his shield against, but the pain he was feeling in them was almost unbearable.
He might have been able to withstand that attack, though he wouldn't be able to come out of it all unscathed, but to his bad luck, the power and force behind that wind blade were too much for the small bronze shield to will bear.
After Blake was dragged back, the shield he had pinned all his hopes on shattered, leaving the blade free to continue on its way and only Blake's body facing it.
"Ahhgrrr!!" A tearing sound had come out of him, the inevitable had happened, the blade had hit Blake's body, the rumble accompanied by the sound of something tearing apart was perfectly audible to anyone nearby, blood spattered on the ground and a constant scream of agony came from Blake, he had all his senses focused on the pain he was feeling, which made it impossible for him not to scream when he felt how that blade was constantly cutting his flesh.
Blake's body traveled through the air at the same time that all this was happening until a new crash sound produced between him and a rocky wall was heard throughout the place. The blade that seemed invincible, simply vanished after that ending the torture Blake was undergoing, but that didn't mean things had ended there.
A huge amount of blood had come out of his mouth once his body fell next to the huge wound on his chest accompanied by his totally torn clothes, his vision was failing, and he didn't even know if he was really breathing at the same time as the what little consciousness, he had left was totally focused on both bars above him that were only a breath away from being over.
He could no longer feel his body, the pain from before had turned into a deep burning sensation accompanied by icy sweat that ran down his forehead, the situation was completely wrong for him, and seeing how the figure of the huge raccoon approached a little by little to him, it made the fear that he had already forgotten resurface at that moment.
'Is this where I'm going to die?' That simple question came to his mind at that moment, he had subconsciously accepted that this was his end, the discomfort accompanied by the pressure of the situation made his mind break, he was no longer even able to clearly see death closing in on him, but if he had, all he would see would be a huge claw reaching out to snatch his life…
...
"Master Cure." But the moment that voice was heard, a warm feeling ran through Blake's entire body at the same time that both his consciousness and body seemed to completely revive.
"Ah... Ah...!" Air filled his lungs quickly after that, the impression of all of the above was still present in his mind which made his breathing really heavy, his gaze became confused, whether why the huge wound on him disappeared without leaving a trace or by the mysterious person that wearing a hood making it impossible to see the face that was in front of him at that time.
Everything seemed too strange, he could see how the green bar appeared completely full making him understand that the previous thing could have been a life element spell, his confusion was still present, but that did not matter since at that moment he was aware that the huge raccoon's claw had stopped abruptly and the cause of that was none other than a face that was familiar to Blake.
"Hahaha, you're pretty big, but don't think that's enough to make me back down!" A sword shone in that dark night, a cluster of yellow runes formed on it accompanied by an arid and oppressive feeling while the figure of that person was surrounded by a reddish aura so that later all that was thrown in the direction of the monstrous raccoon who still didn't understand what was going on. "Swallow this! Sandstorm!!"
His sword imbued with all of the above came down in a single slash as the spitting image of his name attack formed behind it, a huge blast of sand that had taken the form of what seemed to be a primal beast seemed to roar the instant it hit the raccoon's body, that coupled with the force behind that attack was enough for everyone to know what was going to happen.
It could be said that it was a sight to see, as soon as that movement reached its destination, the enormous sand beast seemed to swallow the raccoon at the same time that it was shot in the opposite direction creating a rumble at the moment it was the raccoon's turn of being buried in the rock wall behind it generating the sound of collapsing rocks and the previous sand beast vanishing once it finished its job.
Blake could not help but be surprised by what he had just seen, he was already very aware of all the strange things he did not know about the world and especially magic and runic abilities, but what he had just seen was something he was aware of and that he was greatly surprised.
