The Goblins reached us faster that I anticipated could be possible. I could see them scanning over us deciding to focus on the two of us as we were the ones posing them the most threat. Others were still running towards their weapons when the first goblin swung his heavy looking sword towards me and the other mirrored the same action towards Siegsmund. I tried to parry his swing , but the weight of the hit was so big that my whole body moved with the parry barely pushing it away from my body. I could hear that Siegsmund did not fare much better than me and feel his shoulder hitting into me as he stepped back to absorb as much of the hit as possible.
