"Daddy!"

A girl's voice could be heard from the distance

"Daddy!" she cries out. Her loud voice was enough to wake up Kristoffer from his sleep "Emily…". A few months has passed since Emily's death. Kristoffer is still in grief. Everyday his schedule was to clear dungeons, clean himself, eat, then sleep. This schedule continued for about 3 months or so. On a gloomy day Kristoffer was called out by someone "Berserker!" It was Kenzai who was his friend during Kristoffer's glory days before Emily died. Kenzai was a handsome man who wore purple cloaks and light-armor. Kenzai also has golden like eyes but they were dark.

"Kristoffer, we've been best buds for years dude" Kenzai spoke to Kristoffer in a calming manner. "I can help you get over your grief man" Kenzai trying to offer help to him. However, Kristoffer "I… decline, I'm sorry Kenzai but this is something. I must do on my own" Kristoffer gets up then tries to leave but Kenzai didn't allow him to. "You need help man… you really need it" Kenzai gripping his hand tightly.

Note: Since the last publish (Volume 0 act. 3) I decided not to release an act. 4 which was the original plan. I un-cannoned some parts of Volume 0 to fit this story. -Kristoffer1
