Chapter 1 - Chapter 1: Tullamarine Airport, 6am.

It is still 6am, the sky is still not clear enough. But Tullamarine Airport is already busy and pack with people. The immigration counter slowly but sure starts to fills with people coming in. Some of them are looking forward to see their loved one. Some of them are there for business trip. Some of them are tired from a long holiday and wanting to go back home. And some of them are leaving all the past behind, and ready to start a new life.

Chloe moves her way through the crowd. She carried her cabin luggage as she walks through. Her mind is occupied with lot of thoughts. She is wearing a comfy airport clothes. A loose black t-shirt and long black jegging. A slip-on white shoe completes her look. She carries around her neck pillow for the long journey from Bali to Melbourne.

The flight took 6 hours of her time. Most of the time, she spends it with sleeping and listening to the same music. Luckily for her, she got the chair row all by herself. So, she doesn't need to socialize with other passengers. She can have all the time for herself. Thinking a lot about what happened between her and 'him'. The one that she can't really mention anymore. For now.

"Your passport please, mam", ask the immigration officer. Chloe took out her passport, her arrival declaration form which she filled during the flight. The officer asked questions about her purpose of stay, how long she's going to stay and where she will stay.

"I am here to visit my sister and her family, and I'll be staying with her for a month". Chloe handed her return ticket to the officer. The officer nod and stamp her passport. He gave it back to Chloe and say, "Welcome to Melbourne, and enjoy your stay, mam". Chloe smiled and nodded. She walked immediately and find the correct luggage belt for her flight.

"You don't have to do this, Chloe. It's alright. We can fix it. No, let me fix it!"

A small memories pop through Chloe's mind as she's waiting for her luggage. The airport is busy. People are moving around and talking here and there. But her mind is filled with his voice over and over again. "Let me fix it!" After everything that he has done, and after all of the apologies and chances Chloe gave to him, all he can say it 'let me fix it'? Chloe sigh in disbelief.

She looked at her phone. It's almost 7am now. And she is still waiting for her luggage. She can see that the belt is slowly moving. But she still can't see her luggage yet. While waiting, she sends her sister a text message, announcing that she's landed and still in the Airport. Her sister replied, "I can't wait to see you. Little Jerry too". Chloe smiled as she pictured her little cousin who just turned 4 years old this year.

Jerry now understands how to send emojis and sending voice notes to her. Even though sometimes it just sounds as if he's babbling with his baby's words. But Chloe enjoys it so much. She often replies Jerry with cute pictures and emojis. She misses her cousin so much, when her sister offers her to come and visit to Melbourne, Chloe immediately agreed without thinking much.

Her black and navy luggage is finally out. Since it's not that heavy and it's quite small, Chloe can easily take it out. She put the luggage on the side, as she opens it to take out a scarf. It's June, and it's the beginning of Fall Season in Melbourne. It means that the weather is starting to chills and the wind is quite strong. She will need her scarf to keep her warm while she's on her way to her sister's house. She packed her staff, closed her luggage, and get ready to get out of the Airport.

After clearing up with the officer, Chloe can finally see the outside of the Airport. She has been missing Melbourne for the longest time now. She still can remember almost everything about Melbourne. She remembers that nice Mexican Restaurant at Little Bourke Street. Or that yummy American doughnut that she can finds at Queen's Victoria Market. She remembers every step of the way about Melbourne. And she's been missing this city more than ever.

As she reminiscing her memories about Melbourne, she walked through the crowd to Terminal One. She will need to get to the SkyBus pickup & drop off. The bus will bring here from the Airport to Melbourne CBD. She bought the tickets online, so she just needs to aboard the bus. It's 7am and the wind is quite strong. She buckles up her scarf and she walk through. Once again, the voice of him is popping up on her mind. "Let me fix it!". Chloe shakes her head as she remembers that faithful night.

She just finished her long ten hours shift at the Hotel. Her body aches. All she wants right now is a warm bath, a cup of warm coffee and seeing him. She smiles as she pictures his face. He always waits for her in front of their apartment door. So, when Chloe opened her door, he can greet them with smile and hugs her. It's the highlight of the day for both of them. Finishing a long shift and coming home to his warm embrace.

Usually, Chloe will send him a text message to let him know that she's almost home. But today, she is too tired to text him. It's 11pm and she just want to go home as soon as she can. She walked through the corridor that led her into her apartment. She opened her door, and as she walks in, her face is stoned. She saw something that's not supposed to be there, on her apartment floor. She saw a pair of red stilettos and in her corridor floor she saw clothes.
