for second wish is i want dragon slayer magic.

"well you will send to a world in which black hair is considered as noble or royalty because mostly people with black hair are born with magic while hair color with blue, blond, purple and sliver are considered commoner because only once in a while there will be one or two children born with magic in some cities. there will be also an academy in which all noble, royalty and commoner children born with magic power study ther when they reach age of 12. even though commoner children are born with magic power they are usually lower than noble or royalty so the noble's or royalty mostly look down on them because noble's abd royalties has higher magic power than them so some of them try to bully commoners."
