Roy turned in his seat and looked towards his cousin. She was absentmindedly playing with one of her locks. He still wasn`t used to her new hairdo. Ever since she was little, she always had long hair. It was part of her magic. Now she was sporting a shorter look that made her look strangely older and more matured.
Jia, noticing her cousin`s looks sighed, "My dearest cousin, please take a picture so the image can last longer."
Roy winced and chuckled nervously, "Sorry, it`s just…it might take some time for me to get used to your new hairdo."
"It`s just shorter, what`s the big deal?" Jia questioned him with a frown.
"You look different with it, more mature, more aged," Roy answered.
"Well, I wanted the change considering the way things are," Jia admitted, "I don`t feel like myself."
