Jia didn`t walk for long through the garden. Her feet felt all achy and itchy the more she walked barefoot through the garden on the foot path so she shifted her trekking onto the grass but even then she still felt tired. Spotting a huge tree with a comfortable looking truck, she moved there to sit with her back against the truck.
She stared up at the sky and pouted. Nothing made sense to her or felt familiar. It was so frustrating and yet she felt a bit relived. As if forgetting all the troubles of her old life was therapeutic in a way. From the questions that she was asked, her old life was chaotic and hectic. Very different from how she felt now.
She glanced down at her necklace charm and reached up to rub the charm," You were with me when I got here. You must be important…So why can`t I remember you?"
