"Hey, come on, could you at least pretend to be paying attention?" I sighed in exasperation.
"Give me a minute, I am almost done...," Void muttered in response, as he tried to solve a puzzle in the book we'd brought.
"You really shouldn't be zoning out, or you just might regret it!" Exclaimed Petra, as she swung her fist while using Compression to close the gap between her fist and the back of his head.
Without moving a muscle, he teleported about a meter to his left, engrossed in the puzzle.
"If you were faster, I would not be so relaxed. And besides, yelling out like that loses your only real advantage, the element of surprise," He pointed out objectively.
"He's got a point, you might have been able to hit him if it wasn't for that," I sighed wryly.
"Yeah, yeah, I got it," She grumbled with a huff.
