"That takes care of that, finally," I sighed wearily, as I finished off the last of the Monsters in this area.
Today's the 22nd of September, a couple of days after that Dragon Deity showed up in Hawaii. So far, there haven't been any other Deities appearing, but it's probably only a matter of time before they do.
I was currently in Saint Petersburg in Russia, along with one of the Category 0s, Maeve Murphy, and a bunch of Category 1s, dealing with a Monster outbreak that had occurred in a crowded shopping district.
A lot of people were dead, but there was nothing we could've done...with so many people around and Monsters appearing out of several spots, saving everyone was impossible.
"I really worked up an appetite...I could use a bite to eat," Remarked Maeve, as she walked over.
"Seriously? All these corpses have totally killed my appetite," I responded wryly.
