I leapt away to evade as Lance fired out a wind blast at me, the sound of glass shattering echoing out as his blast struck a window and burst through.
I jumped through a portal as he sent his arms extending towards me, emerging behind him and blasting out a fireball at him.
He swiftly pulled himself out of the way using his arms, grabbing hold of a metal railing and yanking himself away, before shooting a rapid bolt of lightning at me, which I swallowed up using a portal.
My mind's all jumbled up right now...I couldn't decide what to do. I don't want to kill him...should I just run away, then? Or maybe knock him out and restrain him?
My thoughts were muddled and confused, conflicted and uncertain, I was evading and reacting to his attacks, but all my counterattacks were so half-hearted that he was evading them with ease.
