He'd just contacted me, saying that the Outliers were fighting fucking Lucifer, of all people, after he'd taken them to go explore the nearby town. I'm so gonna chew him out for that later, but right now, I need to get over there ASAP, and portal everyone away.
There's just one problem...I can't open a portal there, someone must have activated an Anti-Teleportation Field around the area, just like with the attack on the cricket stadium. So, now I'm trying to find the closest spot outside that range as fast as possible.
I'd been in the shower until just a few minutes ago, and by the time I answered Mike's call, there were already eight minutes worth of missed calls from him...that's far too much time already, I need to-...! Hm?
