In the year 2017 of the Planetary Calender, something incredible happened to me. Something more fiction than fiction books.
I achieved financial freedom.
You might be asking right now how I achieved this incredible feat in the modern age where such a thing would be the aquivalent to winning the lottery, but better since no popular public shows would strip my winnings naked.
It all started when I first bought a rusty ring from a street vendor, which turned out to be a family heirloom of some billionaire that lost it years ago when his father sold it off during the time their business was on the brink of bankruptcy.
I was able to sell that ring for a little over 6 million dollars.
Some might say I could've sold it for more, but I honestly couldn't care less.
To me, 6 million was more than enough, no need to bite off more than you can chew.
Because of this, I can now travel around the world and finally pursue my hobby of traveling to every single michelin star restaurant at the ripe and young age of 22!
Fortunately, my family and most of my friends didn't envy me and even congratulated me on my good fortune.
And so, after 3 years of traveling across the world and doing new things, seeing new places and meeting new people, I eventually came back to my hometown and chose to stay there for a while after having my dreams fulfilled and started to invest and diversify my assets to make sure my money wouldn't be useless against the tides of inflation so that my family can live in good conditions for the rest of their lives.
My life is something many can only dream for.
I prayed to as many gods as I can around the world that such a situation wouldn't magically end, but something as strange as fiction recently happened to me , something that 17 year old novel reader me would have dreamed for.
I had been forced to go to another world.
Why? Why does god give this 'opportunity' to me?
Can't it just be given to some random high schooler instead? Im already satisfied with my life!
I didn't even die from a truck, I just randomly appeared in this white space of seemingly everlasting emptiness and had all my clothes stripped away from me, leaving me and my little general open for anyone to see, not like theres anyone else here...

The only thing I have on me is a notebook that I had gotten from the white floor, right next to where I was first transported from.
I opened the book and it turned into blue dust that pierced into my eyes and suddenly, a holographic interface appeared.

I slapped myself to make sure its not a dream before even opening this book but unless its a very realistic dream....
This is real.
This is my reality.
After calming down, I went and tried to use the hologram with my arms which worked and it's also affected by my thoughts which seems pretty crucial, my gut feeling almost never went wrong in critical matters like this.
So, once I pressed the [Please choose your character] bubble, the hologram changed into a character selection screen reminiscent to some old school RPGs I played as a kid.
After sorting through many options, I found the options that my gut feeling inclined towards the most.

First of all, humans.
Humans are probably the same kind of Humans from earth with what seems to be average stats all around with wisdom being its highest stat and faith coming second.
From the information I saw from the other races, Humans have more faith than most creatures and above average intelligence.
It also has the racial talent [Adaptation]
It might not be the strongest, but, it seems to be pretty decent with a low amount of UC points needed.....
Wait, Why was I given UC points in the first place if all I can do is choose my character?
That meant that there's a good chance UC points can be used for other stuff. So, picking Human might not be too bad even in a fantasy world....
I seem to be adapting too quickly to my situation as well...
My luck seem to be overflowing as well here
Even the highest growth rate can only reach S+ for a race yet my luck is already at SS-
Maybe my gut feeling was also due to that insane luck stat…..

….Yet not insane enough to get away from this isekai abduction.
Anyways, the next choice was the Ancient demon.
I almost chose this because of its high stats and strong survival capabilities but stopped once I saw the [Hated by Lawful Gods of the new world] attribute, and strictly speaking, might be slightly due to Demons giving no faith which I presume from other novel works mean that they cannot provide any energy to the Gods, or at least to the Lawful Gods.
They also seems to have done something against the Lawful Gods since the other races with no faith and even negative faith aren't hated, at most disliked.
Then, there was the last option that I wanted to pick out of all of them.

This could means that multiple people other than me have been transported to this place and that species like Inheritors of Order are limited in number.
I might be risking my future, but my gut feeling tells me to pick a race as soon as possible and I can't just waste that luck stat. So it's time to go get a second look at the species list and work out a suitable race from there.

I don't know how long I've been looking through these options since my brain's been in overdrive this entire time. Trying to find the most compatible race was tiring, but I finally found some interesting races now that I know I'm not alone.
