Elijah couldn't do anything because of his wounds and injuries and wanted Camille to run away with Nova and save her life for the good's sake but Camille on the other hand couldn't do it by leaving those two behind.
One of the two was an old werewolf, who had been protecting Elijah since he was a child, Arnold. And the other one was his bestfriend, who she never abandoned ever since she was a kid and leaving Elijah here means death because he can't even stand easily, so abandoning both of them would mean that she can't protect her loved ones.
Those werewolfs out there were looking for her and that thought made Camille guilty because she felt that its all happening due to her being here, otherwise they'd all be safe.
"I am not going to abandon those who truly hold position in my heart"
