"That jerk!! Who does he think he is?….Darien Zion!!!!..He just offered me a job to compensate for what I did for him. To hell with him" Camille angrily was talking by herself while walking towards her home. As she was in her own mind, she bumped into someone.
"What the hell man!!" as she said those words, a suspicious guy, wearing a cap and a mask, stand there for a moment. He was looking into her eyes.
Camille didn't notice at first but as soon as she looked at his face, she felt something.
"Wait, I know you….You look familiar…Your eyes…I've seen your eyes somewhere" Camille said those words while pointing her finger towards him. A tall guy, wearing a cap and a different eye colour.
The guy took her purse, and started running.
"Not again!" Camille in an exhausted way, was watching him run.
He was running, slowly like he wanted her to run after him. While looking back again and again. In a fraction of moment, he saw Camille standing in front of him.
"Why do you always run from me?….You think I don't know who you are?" Camille was looking at him in a suspicious way and the guy was standing in a cautious way, that he could flee anytime.
"She was supposed to be here" some super werewolfs were talking to each other while standing there, looking for Camille. "Go around!!! look for her…" one of them was ordering the others.
"Why don't you show me, who you're!!!" Camille said while walking around him casually. She attacked him and he blocked. Her purse fell on the ground.
"Not a single word….Impressive" Camille said and attacked again. But he was just blocking her. His blocking speed was at its peak.
At first Camille thought that he is just a human spy or something like that but after watching the werewolf mark at his wrist, she knew that his speed was not normal and his aura was of the strongest werewolf, she'd ever felt.
"Who are you?" Camille took a backstep and asked in a gripping tone. While she was asking him this, she heard the howls. A super werewolf, in a fraction of moment, grabbed her from behind. "Here you are!!" evil smirk.
Camille looked at him and someone chopped off the super werewolf's head. It was the one who took her bag. He was helping her. "Hands off of her" he said. Camille was so confused by the situation, she was in.
As he grabbed Camille's hand, he looked into her eyes and said " Run, they are coming". They both started running, until he took her to a safe spot. He then let her hand go and asked her " you okay?".
"I'm fine" Camille replied while looking at him in a confused way.
Phone started ringing, as Camille took the call, it was Etalia. "Did you get home?" she asked.
"No, I will call you later" Camille replied while looking again towards him but there was no one. He was not there anymore.
She felt a strong scent, a scent of a flower. The scent was so familiar, that she couldn't resist it anymore.
Camille was into her thoughts, and thinking about the scent while Etalia was asking her that where she is.
"We have to kill him or else, the alpha would kill us" those men were talking to each other while beating Darien. They were afraid of doing this. Their hands were shaking. They were humans but they still got enough power to beat me up. "It felt like they were forced by some alpha to kill me but what would someone get by killing me, And then she arrived and saved my life. She was strong, I was able to sense her strength. A brave and a young werewolf girl, who saved my life. "She was quite something" Darein said while smiling. Darien was in a deep thought, thinking about the other night when Camille saved his life.
Joshua arrived and said " Those men were humans, they are not brave enough to fight someone like you…I think there is someone else behind this".
"You really think humans are not brave?…Or Do you think that Power is the reason to be brave?" Darien asked Joshua while looking him in the eyes.
"I think if you don't have power or strength, you cannot be brave" Joshua replied.
Darien looked at him for a moment and started explaining it.
"See thats where you're mistaken…. Humans are just like us, they have their needs, they take revenge but they lack power. Braveness is not concerned with power. It is concerend with their willingness to sacrifice themselves for what they love…Don't ever think that your enemy is weak!!!" Darein replied with utter deepness in his words and looked straight into his eyes.
"You are absolutely right Sir" Joshua seemd to agree with Darien's words.
"Tell me about that girl. Did you meet her?" Darien asked Joshua about Camille with excitement.
"Sir! she refused to do this job" Joshua the secretary was standing in front of Darien while telling him about Camille's answer.
"I thought that she isn't happy with the behaviour of her boss and her job…Did you tell her that I'll pay her more than she thinks?" Darein asked.
"I did! But she asked me for a favour instead" Joshua replied.
"What favour?" Darien asked in a gripping tone.
"She wanted me to tell you something" Joshua replied while embarrassing. "But you won't like it" he added.
"Tell me" Darien asked him with suspicion in his eyes.
"She wanted me to tell you that When you help someone and you really want to appreciate that person, then all you have to say is Thank You." Joshua while telling him this, was confused rather to tell him all or not. "You shouldn't be offering a job…She said that you should at least learn this trait".
As Darien heard that, his face was flat and didn't show any expression at that time and said "Interesting" while thinking about it. He then stood, took his suit coat and started walking towards the door. "I want her to be my personal assistant at any cost" Darien replied and walked out silently from the room.
