...
Kazuko Hiroshi was fortunate enough to be very disciplined with his own money and fortunes, during the last three years of his life being a detective had allowed him to save up enough money to afford a more 'luxurious car' than what most people would ever predict an officer such as himself would be able to afford.
His grey Mustang GT shined in the darkness with the moon that was in the distance, the city behind Kazuko and Akane had shined brightly with the city lights and many stores being open. It was simply the perfect atmosphere for the festive holidays that many of Tokyo's citizens were getting into.
The two partners walked slowly and sneakily with their getaway vehicle parked a while away from the warehouse.
Kazuko knew that they could be exposed very quickly if there were truly any criminals with high-powered weapons on stand-by in the warehouse. It was a risk that neither of them wanted to take.
"Up top..."
The twenty-four-year-old whispered to Akane as they both held a pistol in hand.
Kazuko allowed Akane to walk up the metal stairs in a slow manner before him. The two tried to make as little noise as possible as the door up top and in front of them was their reasoning for going up the stairs in the first place. Kazuko knew that if they could get an overhead view of the situation going on in the warehouse, Akane and himself would be much more equipped to deal with the scenario.
"Remember there are multiple suspected criminals in this warehouse." Akane whispered as she reached the top.
"I'm aware."
The detective spoke briefly but powerfully as he reached the top, not daring to take another ounce of noise. Grabbing the cold and metallic handle of the door in front of them, he twisted the nob gently and pushed it open as slow as possible.
"If we can engage on them we should but if we can't we must get other officers to the scene immediately."
"Are you sure this door leads to the warehouse?" Akane said as she readied her weapon.
"I am confident."
The darkness of the room which they had just opened had shown significantly, they were in some sort of office of some sort. A desk in front of the two with a black leather chair. On the other side of the desk were two uncomfortable-looking brown leather chairs instead of the one prior.
'Whoever had worked as the boss in the warehouse must have treated their workers poorly.'
Kazuko thought as he looked around.
"You might want to see this..." Akane gestured in a whispering manner for him to come over.
The detective did just that and sneakily walked over to the window Akane was peering into, her body was completely concealed but her head poked out every once and in a while.
Crouching like Akane, Kazuko got a good view of what was going on down on the first floor. 1...2... 3... 4 and 5 criminals on stand-by! Playing a game of cards from what it appeared to be... Kazuko wasn't too sure due to being on the second floor and having to look down which strained his eyes if he tried to focus on it. Each of the criminals was sat down next to a white van with its headlights on, stacks of unauthorized weapons were filling up the crates surrounding them.
Kazuko counted three crates he could see, he knew there was more in the shadows.
"What should we do...?"
The older boy gave it some thought briefly.
"We can take them."
"What?" Akane looked at Kazuko like he was very crazy.
"We use fear against them and draw them out and beat them into submission." Kazuko looked back at Akane before looking around for the other door.
Ding!
"We are not some superheroes who can rescue the day like that...!"
"I know..."
Kazuko backed away from the window enough to allow himself to be able to stand up without the worry of the criminals down below being able to see him, he briefly walked over to the second door which they had not tried yet, he assumed it lead onto a platform which would then lead to some suitable stairs.
"Are we really going to do this?! We need to wait for backup!" Akane argued against Kazuko's plan.
"If we wait for back up they could be alerted and try to run scared, fearing for their lives, we have them here where we want them and nothing is happening." Kazuko turned back to her, the detective was on the edge of the doorway as he looked back.
The man with jet black hair noticed the plump and round breasts stick out of her attire as she leaned forward in all fours.
'Focus Hiroshi...'
He briefly closed his eyes.
"I guess you are right... if we wait they could leave or get scared by other officers arriving and if we do wait, they could react before they arrive."
"Which is why I am going now! If we don't all hell could break loose."
Kazuko stepped across the platform with a serious Akane trailing him behind, even though the majority of the warehouse was coated in darkness and hindered their vision. Kazuko was never blind to the fact it could provide him with more benefits than negatives, they would remain in the darkness for now.
A quick glance was all it took for Akane to figure out the layout, there did not appear to be stairs nearby so the two would have to go to the other side and go down them before anything. Although they were going down to take out the criminals, Akane was unaware of the plan due to Kazuko not saying anything about it prior. She worried for her own safety as much as she worried for his.
'I hope you have something in mind Kazuko... I sure as hell do not.'
