As the meeting of kings went on, both of Shu's sons were still fighting, exchanging blows like men would.
Although they were small, the destruction that their small battle caused was mighty.
Raven crashed violently against the grown, bringing his weight down with force as his brother chased after him from behind, dashing toward him.
Raven turned around quickly, blocking one of his brother's punches pushing him back slightly, making Raven smile.
The two boys were bleeding, bleeding a lot; they had cuts and bruises all over their bodies but a smile on their faces to distract from all of it.
" We have to go, mother is calling for us, it's best you surrender, we both already know who's stronger "
Dio said as he jumped backwards, his hair starting to levitate whilst a blue energy surrounded his entire body
" Brother, don't get cocky! "
Raven yelled, disappearing in a blur of speed, appearing beside Dio, hurling a punch which the younger boy blocked completely out of instinct, proceeding to twist his body in a way that would allow him to throw a kick at his brother's face while he himself was being pushed back by the sheer force of strength that the impact on him.
Raven chased after Dio, starting a barrage of punches which made the boy start to block in return, protecting his face from any real harm and danger, as that went on, the meeting continued.
" Have you heard of the land of the giants, Shu Himura? "
One of the men at the table questioned as Shu just stared at him, thinking back to his younger self trying to remember if he had ever heard of the termed or if he even knew.
" Well, I did meet a Titan, he was also a great help for the ending of the Great War, he also shared a story with me but to be honest I don't remember much of it "
Shu explained, shrugging a little as the men just sighed and shook their heads continuing with their talk
" Well, the giants don't posses a continent like most of the major species do; as you know the dominant species or dominant kingdom of each continent declares it its own, but oddly enough the Giants, or rather Titans don't own a continent, but rather they live in a massive mountain "
One of the men went on to explain, which just started to bore Shu out and confuse the women that were also listening
" We know that, what's your point? "
Ean said, in behalf of Shu who quite honestly didn't even want to talk, he wanted to leave this room at once and do something else; he knew preparing for war was necessary but these men haven't brought him anything helpful or interesting
" Well we are too believe that such take is a lie; before we continue on with our theory, because that's all it is to be honest, how many of you have gone to the Titan mountain? "
One of the men asked as Ean and Shu looked at each other, raising an eyebrow whilst the women simply shook their heads, as if to say no to the man's question
" Then why are we so quick to believe everything that is said about them? None of us have gone there, and many of us haven't even encountered a Titan, the only Titan we've seen in decades is the one that appeared back in the Great War 7 years ago, and that one hasn't been seen afterwards either "
One of them explained as Shu leaned in a little, becoming intrigued; Ogal the Titan he met before was pretty fun and strong, so this conversation naturally got his attention
" So what? "
Shu replied, giving the man a calm expression but open ears, preparing himself to be amused
" A few of our men have gone to the Titan Mountain; like how it is told in the stories, it is very massive and stands in the middle of the sea. My men climbed to the top and found nothing but a giant hole of energy in the middle, according to the reports one of them entered so we're speculating that it is a breach in reality; a portal that leads to another world "
The man explained, completely gaining Shu's attention as a smile grew on his face, waiting for the man to say more
" Why is it speculation? "
Petra questioned as she walked forward, placing her hand on her husband's shoulders, rubbing them a little whilst she herself became intrigued as well
" Because the person didn't come back; we still believe it's a portal but we don't know what it leads to; that portal might just be why there are no Titans, that's why the island is empty, but that is just one of many theories, we believe— "
The man was interrupted by another who leaned forward and raised his voice a tone higher than the other
" That this portal is a gateway to the Titans, if we're to beat the demon who hides in the vampire kingdom then we'd need the strength of this planet's strongest race, but as you know, we don't know if it's a gateway or a —- "
" Death hole "
Ayami said, interrupting the man as she forced herself into the conversation, sitting in one of the chairs whilst crossing her arms, thinking
" We plan to send some men into the portal; I'll get them to convince one of the giants to help us "
One of them said as a smile grew on both Ean and Shu's faces; these two were already convinced.
It wasn't like Ayami and the other girls couldn't be convinced but they saw it as a pretty big risk considering that they said one of their men didn't come out.
" Alright, that works "
Shu said as the men nodded and smiled, moving on with their conversation bringing up ways and ideas on how to approach the devil and his army.
Ayami had made a plan before but that can't work anymore thanks to the alien Invasion which has recked most of the routes her trains made, and of course the death of the many people the invasion brought, reducing the amount of soldiers, making her old plan nearly impossible.
" As for the equipment needed for the war…"
Shu said.
