" Hey ean, don't fall, asleep man, I need your help "
Shu said as he began to move Ean's body from side to side, trying to wake him up from what seemed to be a nap
" uh—huh? "
Ean exclaimed as he slowly opened his eyes, looking up at Shu with visible confusion
" Oh! Finally, you woke up! "
Shu said, giggling with a grin on his face, confusing Ean even more
" What is it? "
Ean questioned as he slowly sat up, scratching the back of his head while yawning a bit
" Let's fight! "
Shu yelled, with a smile from ear to ear, as all Ean could do was sigh, starting to get used to this martial arts obsessed friend of his
" You woke me up just for that? "
Ean questioned, as Shu placed his index finger underneath his chin, looking up at the ceiling as he tried to think
" Hmm. Yep! So come up, get up, let's fight! "
Shu insisted, not planning on stopping as he patted Ean on the back, trying to get him to stand up
" Why do you like fighting so much? "
Ean asked, as he slowly stood up, looking straight at Shu's eyes
" Well, life's very boring, but fighting is not, so I like it "
Shu replied, with a very straightforward tone, as he turned to look to a side, scratching the back of his head as Ean simply sighed
" That's the most straightforward yet confusing, you've ever been "
Ean said as he took a few steps back, backing himself away from Shu as he slowly unsheathed his sword, blue energy spewing from both the blade and handle
" Well, what can I say, I'm not lying "
Shu said as he appeared in front of Ean, with a prepared punch engulfed in blue energy, but just as fast as he moved, Ean retaliated, engulfing his left hand with blue energy, throwing it forward and clashing with Shu's fist, causing a gigantic shockwave, which blew them both away
" Oooh, you've gotten faster Ean! "
Shu yelled, before disappearing in a loud burst of speed, appearing above Ean with his leg backed as far as it could go, engulfed in a blue aura, just like his fist before
" How- "
Ean couldn't finish his sentence as he had to block shu's fast kick, its force making his feet sink into the floor
" Are you trying to blow my head off!? "
Ean yelled, pushing Shu away with his arm, as he pulled his feet out from the ground with a bit of difficulty
" Blow your head off? "
Shu questioned as he landed on the floor, swaying his right leg back and forth as he began to think
" That's actually not a bad idea! Ok then, that'll be the basis for this sparring! "
Shu yelled, coming to a conclusion, not caring if Ean wasn't up to it
" So you're just going to target my life from now on? Well whatever, you wouldn't really stop even if I told you to "
Ean replied, as he sunk half the blade of his sword into the ground, while the aura that surrounded his blade, began to surround him
" Well come at me then! "
Ean yelled as Shu smirked in response, disappearing in a blur of speed along with Ean.
As they fought, Arthur and Asai watched them from afar, barely able to keep up with their speed, Asai doing worse than Arthur
" They're fast "
Asai commented as Arthur looked down at him, scuffing before turning to look back at the fight
" It won't matter, I'll be the winner anyway "
Arthur replied, with confidence in his tone as Asai looked up at him with a slight smile
" Don't get cocky, it'll cost you "
Asai said, making Arthur look at him with a disgusted look
" Commoners should know their place "
Arthur exclaimed, as his eyes met with Asai's, as soon as they did, they began to glare at each other, lighting spewing from Asai's body while ice began to wrap around Arthur's hands.
Right when they were about to clash, the door to the room was opened and a figure walked in, a feminine one, which was very recognizable to Shu, who was staring at the door while catching a punch from Ean
" Alice! Haha, you won! "
Shu yelled, his shout pausing both the fights, as everyone turned to look at the door
" Oh, master! You're here! I thought everyone would have their own rooms, I guess that's not the case "
Alice replied, as the door behind her closed. Everyone was surprised, the fact that she could Shu master caught them off guard, but unfortunately for Ean, he couldn't afford to lose focus, as Shu wouldn't stop attacking him, having to block one of his kicks with both his arms, creating a loud shockwave which cracked the floor
" Who's that Shu? "
Ean questioned, as he pushed Shu away, his arms throbbing in pain as he looked over at Shu with his left eye squinted
" A girl I met on the third mini-game, she wants me to teach her Martial Arts, so she's been calling me master ever since "
Shu revealed, surprising Ean as he turned to look over at her, but as soon as he did he felt Shu's fist bounce off of his stomach, making him spit out saliva before being kicked in the face
" That was cheap! I wasn't paying attention "
Ean yelled as he disappeared in a blur of speed, Shu following along soon after
" Looks like master is having fun "
Alice whispered as he she began to look around, her eyes finally meeting with Arthur's, and as soon as they did, her expression changed.
Her happy and laid back appearance soon disappeared and was swapped by a cold one
" I forgot you were here "
Alice said as she glared at Arthur from afar
" And I forgot you existed "
Arthur replied as he slowly raised his chin, looking at her from afar with the same look of disgust he gave Asai earlier
" Just so you know, I still don't consider you worthy "
Alice said, making Arthur's eyebrow twitch while walking over to him
