"Really!? You'll do it?"
Alice questioned with a smile of excitement on her face, as she held Shu who was about the same height as her by his clothes, getting close enough to him for anyone to confuse their small interaction for a kiss
"Yeah, I just said I would"
Shu replied while staring at her with a calm expression, being watched by all the participants in the field
"But first, I gotta beat up all these guys so that Ean can get to the top"
He said before, pushing her back with the greatest amount of care, to then proceed and turn his face toward the participants who slowly began to back away
"Alright, guys I'm done with my business, now where were we?"
Shu questioned, while slowly walking over to the crowd of participants as he cracked his knuckles, smirking as he walked
"N-no, stay back you monster!"
One of the participants yelled, turning around before beginning to run, pushing everyone who got In his way aside, trying to get away from the small innocent looking Shu, and just like that, panic took over the participants
"Everyone run!"
Another one yelled, causing everyone to start screaming, running around the field, many simply ran while others activated their abilities, trying to get away from the threat that they were now aware of
"Why is everyone suddenly running?"
Shu questioned, with a slight hint of disappointment in his voice, before lowering his arms as he tilted his head, watching the chaos that he unconsciously created
"Let me explain, master"
Alice said, interrupting Shu's self-dialogue, before sliding her red hair back, with an expression of confidence as she stood next to him, preparing herself to explain to Shu the current situation
"Master?"
Shu asked, but before he could question it, he was interrupted yet again
"I do not like to brag, but I am considered one of the strongest in the academy, me suddenly becoming your student most likely scared them, considering that I myself am stronger than all of them, having to face someone who is stronger than that would simply be—in their eyes, suicide"
Alice explained, before crossing her arms together as a sense of professionalism spewed from her stance
"Is that so?"
Shu questioned as he scratched the back of his head, his face now taking the expression of irritation, but soon after that expression would vanish as his attention would be stolen by a certain participant
"Hm? What are you staring at master?"
Alice questioned before following her new master's eyes, and the moment she reached the destination, her face turned pale, the person Shu was staring at was one who could bring down to him
"M-master, I suggest you avoid that person's gaze"
Alice whispered while tugging on Shu's right shoulder, who was simply excited to get over and fight that person.
The person Shu was staring at was a boy, he had short blonde hair and golden bright eyes, his figure looked skinny and fragile, his muscles were defined but not enough for them to be noticeable from a glance, his clothes were simple, very simple in fact. He was wearing a simple white shirt and black pants
"Hey Alice, what's that guy's name?"
Shu questioned, turning his eyes toward Alice, who still showed signs of uncertainty
"Eran Dialo, but master, I highly suggest you don't fight him, his ability directly counterattacks your entire way of fighting, it will not end well, please refrain from unnecessary fighting!"
Alice warned, getting in front of him in an attempt to block his way, while constantly shaking her hands from left to right, trying to distract him from the boy now known as Eran Dialo
"For some reason, his sanctuary energy is insanely low, lower than those scary cats running, but the way you're describing him makes him seem strong. So, is he?"
Shu asked, beginning to walk forward, leaving Alice with no choice but to step aside, giving Shu space to walk
"Y-yes, very strong, I would love to fight him since I want to prove to everyone that I can become the strongest but, fighting him is just not the way to prove that, so please, try to avoid fighting"
Alice warned yet again, moving all around Shu, trying her best to distract him with random shenanigans
"So he's strong, that's all I needed to know. Thanks"
Shu replied, finally reaching Eran Dialo, who simply stood there, saying nothing but just looking around, after a while of just standing there, the both of them would lock eyes. Shu would smirk and Eran would smile
"I heard you're strong, is that true?"
Shu questioned, as he stared at Eran dead in the eyes while his Sanctuary energy began to spew from his body like fire
"Nope. Sorry to break it to ya pal but, I'm pretty weak"
Eran replied, while slowly raising his chin, lowering his eyes, and shoving his hands inside of his pockets, he was attempting to look down on Shu
"Really? Well, your stance says otherwise, you're standing there like you own the place"
Said Shu as he closed his hands tightly, forming fists which were itching to fight.
"And you're standing there like you're sure you're the best"
Eran replied, his smile growing a bit more as he continued the conversation with this random guy
"So far, that's been the case"
"Really?"
"Yes"
"Uh, g-guys let's just forget about this interaction and move on, yeah?"
Alice interrupted, getting in between the two, trying to separate them, attempting to get them as for from each other as she could, but it proved to be futile, their bodies would simply not move, not an inch, they seemed ready to fight, at any moment, this, of course, alerted Alice, which made her even more paranoid while slowly backing away from the two of them
"How about it? Wanna go for a few rounds?"
Shu questioned while his sanctuary energy began to engulf all around his tight fists, making them look even more ferocious than they already seemed
"Sure I'm down, just don't be too disappointed with the end results"
