The decision on hers caused great pain.
The look in her eyes was distorted. As she screamed and clenched the blouse—She lost her mind, and it was draining her emotionally.
Droplets of tears continue to fall from her face. She never felt so numb before and unattached to the world.

Kyosuke searched for her all around the hospital after following the direction the nurse gave him.

He paused and found her standing in front of the operation doors. It was not a good reunion
'I wish I can do something for her—what should I do?' He sighed and walked towards her slowly.
When she turned around, he pitied her.
A smart beautiful woman is emotionally vulnerable.
"I don't know what to do." She whimpered.
'How should I comfort her? What are the right words to say?' He questioned himself and approached her with a tight embrace.
It was a long night and the two waited for several hours.
The operation room light powered off then the automatic doors slid open.
Kotori quickly stood up eagerly for the doctor to speak.
"Good news! The surgery was successful but there were a few complications—A small tumor was found inside his brain but if he continues to take medication then it'll shrink."
There was a huge sigh of relief for everyone.
"When will he wake up?" She questioned and feared for the answer, as her heart dropped to her stomach.
" I'm afraid I can't give you a concrete answer it can last from days to weeks or even years. Recovery depends on the patient and considering the severity of brain damage it'll take a while."
The disappointment showed on her face," Oh"
"Ms. Haru, why don't you go home and get some rest? You have been at the hospital all night then come back in the morning."
"Please just let me see him, face doctor! Can I see him just one? For a minute, no a second or even less." Her voice sounded heavy with emotion and there was a glint of sadness in her eyes.
"My apologies, hospital policy."
' I should be grateful and just come back tomorrow.'
Suddenly she felt someone yanking her waister and forcing her to move forwards by sliding on the textile floors. Marching furiously in from of her was Kyosuke.
He shoved the employee to the side and barged into the post-anesthesia care unit.
"Hideaki" She whispered and gasped at the sight of her brother unconscious.

Kotori dropped her belonging on the table then face him," I just want to say thank you for today—You being there meant a lot and I will be okay." She walked to the back room then the lights turned off shorty.
Kyosuke looked down at his phone and receive multiple messages from Amelia and despite the truth, he still loves her deeply. A smile developed on his face
Fiancée" Boobear! Are you coming tonight?
He looked down the hall," I can't leave her alone, at least not tonight."
He replied," I'm sorry, I have a client in distress that needs help. Raincheck!"
That was the last text message that he sent when he set his phone on the table. He walked and knocked on the door softly." Hey, Kotori! Are you awake? I can order us some take-out? I bet that would lighten your mood." He twisted open the door and saw her passed out on the bed. He adjusted the covers for her
"Good night, Kotori." The door closed and shunned out any ounce of light.
