As various shadows plotted their next move, so did the hearts of those within Seiya's village.
Seiya was wrapping up construction with a forge fit for Tengo who was still with Gakusha, most likely still partying with his colleague.
He didn't want to interrupt them considering they both needed time off from the duties that normally took over a great bulk of their day and they'd find out later that the forge was complete.
The forge was not too far away from the academy building for cultivation, being kept close by simply because Seiya wanted them to be closer to one another due to the associated business owners.
There was an attempt to remodel an existing forge elsewhere but it was preferable not to run any of the currently existing forges out of business, even though they'll most likely take a hit once Tengo started working although Seiya did believe Tengo may give some tips to the other blacksmiths to help them stay relevant.
