Calvin casually walked towards them, because it was one way to go to the library. Calvin quickly grabbed the bag and gave it to the kid who was being bullied.
"Hero is coming." chirps one of them when he sees Calvin.
"Wahh wahh, quickly make way for the hero."
A group of kids who were bullying all looked at Calvin.
"Stupid." Calvin said briefly.
Calvin kept walking leaving them all followed by the boy who had just been bullied walking behind him.
"Thanks to your nerdy hero, hahaa.." One of them laughed.
"Hero huh." Said the boy who seemed to be the leader of the group.
His eyes looked cynical at Calvin but couldn't do anything to let Calvin go past him. The boy was Franklin who was the leader of the group, it was obvious from his look that he didn't like Calvin.
Calvin and the nerd walked to the library.
"Why not fight." Says Calvin.
"I do not dare." Say the boy.
