"Are you talking on your phone while you're in the shower?" Her eyebrows were lifted as she asked the question.
"How come you were able to pick up on that? Wu Mei, you have a very perceptive ear. What else have you picked up on?" Huo Yan's voice took in a flirtatious tone.
"Are you trying to flirt with me right now?" Wu Mei questioned incredulously. "If that's the case, I want you to know that what you're doing is not successful. You remind me of an old man who is attempting to entice a young girl to come to his house. I'm going to report you to the authorities if you continue any if this." This was spoken by Wu Mei in a single breath.
After being stunned by her words, Huo Yan could only helplessly chuckle at the situation. It would appear that he still has a ways to go before he ever succeeds in making her feel something for him.
