As soon as I came out of the water only to be startled by Jackson standing there.
"Well, I watched him. He let the train hit him." Jackson said.
I smiled. "Well, I am sure seeing Rebecca had something to do with it. Also something with bugs crawling all over him." I said with a shrug.
He laughed.
"Okay, Jax! Goodbye, I'm going to bed after I get out."I said as I stood up and the water started draining. I grabbed my towel and started drying off.
"If you don't leave I'm going to kick you. Now get out! You have your own room and bathroom!" I said annoyed.
I had to shove him out again. Ugh I am over him! I dried off and put my tank top and shorts on. I was starving and decided to go downstairs and grab something to eat but once I opened my door I noticed a burger, fries, and shake sitting at my door. I walked in my room and grabbed my phone and sent Jax a text thanking him for the food. I may be acting like a bitch but don't think for one moment that he deserves anything less, but he did know I was going to be starving. He sent me a message but I ignored it.
I used my spyware on Trey's phone to send a message out to the boys: "I am coming to play! Let's play hide and seek! Meet you at the cabin! Xoxo Rebecca."
I was hoping it would send out a panic. I deactivated my spyware from Trey's phone leaving no trace I was there.
I finally passed out in exhaustion. I got up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom just to stumble on Jackson laying on my floor.
"What the hell Jackson!" I yelped.
He rubs his eyes and looks at me "What are you doing up?" He questions as if he is innocent and this is no fault of his.
I widen my eyes in disbelief "Really that's the problem with all of this? No, the real question is why are you on my floor! In my room! You do realize you have your own room and bed!" I rolled my eyes as he was processing all my questions. "Jackson! What the hell are you doing in here!" I demanded an answer!
He looked at me and smiled "Indie, I was just worried and I wanted to make sure you were okay." he said almost sweetly.
I shook my head "So, what were you going to sneak out before I woke up?" I questioned.
He wouldn't look at me. I knew the answer.
"Jackson, please just leave. I'm fine. I ate. I was sleeping and now I am annoyed!" I said with pure anger.
He left without me even having to shove him out. I love him but I still want to be angry and being angry is a bit dangerous, at least with me. I took a deep breath and soothed until I didn't feel like lava anymore. I opened my door and handed him his pillow and blanket. I knew he wouldn't go back to his room. He would either lay outside of my door or go downstairs to the sofa, either way I didn't care. I climbed back in my bed and closed my eyes. I was actually able to fall asleep.
The morning climbed through my window and I got up and walked into the bathroom. I needed to shower to wake me up. I grabbed a red lace dress. I matched with my seductive red heels. Today I will play the boys by asking where Trey is. 'He never showed up last night!' I will use this to weaken Justin's attention and plant my spyware on him. Since Trey is no longer my key to information. One by one I will get closer to each one of them. Now with the head down, it's time to rip the rest away.
I walked into school and went straight to Justin who looked like he hadn't slept.
"Justin, where is Trey?" I asked.
He looked down.
"Justin, I'm really worried! He never showed up!" I pleaded.
He still wouldn't look at me. "Indiana, they think he walked in front of a train last night." He said softly.
I let a single tear fall. I was laying it on thick "What! Why!" I said in a panic tone.
All he could do is shrug. "His mother wants me to go with her tonight to identify the body," he said sadly.
Bingo! "Justin, can you call me when you find out?" I ask as if I truly did care.
He hands me his phone. I was able to spend a few minutes planting it and then I handed him the phone back, his friends showed up and started talking softly as I was typing my number in.
"I think I'm going home early. But please call me once you find out about Trey." I said to Justin and laid it on even thicker when I hugged him goodbye.
He nodded. I went to my locker and picked a few things out and walked right back out the door.
I wanted to be home and to sleep. I don't care if Jackson is there or not, I'm going to sleep! I used my keys and walked straight to my room. I slipped my heels off and started to undo my dress. The dress fell around my feet leaving me in a lacy red bra and panties. Without even knocking
Jackson walked into my room. "INDIE!" he shouted as if he was shocked I'd be in my own room!
I rolled my eyes. "I am taking a personal day. I did what I needed to and now I am going to lay here and relax." I said annoyed.
He looked puzzled.
"Jackson, the question is why are you in my room?" I questioned him.
He started to blush of embarrassment but once I started looking at him he quickly started straightening himself up.
"Indie can you please put something on. You are very distracting!" He muttered out.
I grabbed my nighty out of my drawer. I turned around and undid my bra and slid the nighty on. "Happy now?" I asked.
I laughed as I saw the red in his cheeks burn through. I walked over to him and ran my fingers against his cheek.
"Aw! Is the famous Agent Jackson Jones blushing?" I teased.
I started walking away into the bathroom "Jackson get out of my room now! I don't need you right now!" I said as I waved and he left.
My phone rang and I answered it.
"Hello?" I answered.
"Hey Indiana, it's Justin."
"Hi! Any news?"
"Yeah but I don't think I can do it over the phone. Can I come over?"
"Um yeah sure."
"Okay see you in 15." I took a deep breath to soothe myself.
I decided I needed some help. I walked to Jackson's room to find him just standing there with his arms crossed. I could sense the frustration from across the room.
"Jackson!" I yelped.
He spins around quickly and before he could say anything I kissed him. He pulled me in closer as I stood on my tiptoes to enjoy the kiss. I think he sensed what I was doing. I pulled away leaving us both gasping for air.
"Jackson you have to leave. Justin is on his way and I know once I start feeding into him, it will spread." I begged.
He nodded.
I went to my room and tied my hair into that braid. I decided to stay in my pajamas. I just grabbed the matching robe. It was pretty, it was silk and with beautiful purple flowers all over it. I ran my fingers against the sash as I tied it. I looked at myself in the mirror and put on my red lipstick. I stepped out of my room and walked downstairs just as the doorbell rings. I open the door and smiled. There stood a bruiting Justin. I looked at him and I sent soothing vibes to him.
"Hello Indiana."He said smoothly.
I smiled. "Hi Justin! Come in. I was just about to make some tea, would you like some?" I asked sweetly.
He stepped in and nodded.
"Have a seat, I'll be back in a minute." I said. Even in his sadness I could feel him watching my body.
I fixed two cups of chamomile tea, it's supposed to be a relaxing tea and I need him to be calm.
"I didn't know if you wanted sugar or honey. I like honey but I will leave it up to you." I said as I sat the tray down on the coffee table.
He smiled as I sat the tray down. "Honey is fine."
After we fixed our cups, I asked him "Why did you need to see me? Is it Trey? Is he okay?" I was trying to be very concerned when it came to this. I knew he needed to relax and I needed to be calm and not think of the horrible things they did. Not yet.
"Indiana, Trey is dead. He walked in front of a train last night." He said so sadly.
I looked at him as he looked down. He was on the verge of crying. I used this chance and I hugged him. He started to cry on me. I used this time and remembered Rebecca's face and I pulled back and looked at him. He all but jumped out of his skin after looking in my face.
"Justin, are you okay?" I asked.
I dropped the face.
He took a deep breath, "Yeah I guess it was just nerves." He said trying to brush it off.
I smiled, "Why are you so nervous?" I said as I pushed that sweet warm buzz that I get when I kiss Jackson. Even when I am horribly pissed at him, he still gives me that buzz. I think it was working, he smiled at me.
"Indiana, do you know how beautiful you are?" He asks me as if I wasn't just seeing his dead friend. As if I wasn't just making out with his friend the day before!
I smiled and allowed Rebecca's face to come back as he blushed down "Ah! What the hell is going on here!" He questioned.
I softened my voice and climbed into his lap. His hands tightened against the seat of the chair. I touched the side of his neck where the tattoo was covered.
"What is wrong Justin? Don't you like when I touch you? You sure liked to touch me." I said curiously.
His breath quickened and I smiled. I turned on fears as his eyes widened. I remember the last time he freaked when he thought he saw a snake.
"Rebecca you're dead! I know you are! This can't be re-" He kept saying, just then he started gasping.
I smiled as I slid down off his lap. He jumped up and started screaming. Then I saw what Trey did last time, that lovely fear of something crawling all over him. I walked over to him, his constant movements made it hard not to laugh. I did what I did before running my fingers over his tattoo. Then I noticed the tattoo was covering up something else. In an instant, I knew what it was. I remembered in the case files one of the girls was missing her right hand's fingertips. She must have fought and part of me poured more fear into him. I pulled his face to me, planting a mouth-watering kiss on his lips. I let his fear increase.
Then I whispered into his ear, "I told you I'm coming to play. Don't you want to play? " I smiled ear to ear when I whispered this.
He trembled in fear, his eyes widened. I could see the tears dripping down his face.
I leaned back in and whispered sweetly "Call the others and tell them I'm here to play. Then you know how to stop the rest don't you?" I questioned remembering exactly what Trey did.
Still trembling, I allowed the snakes to crawl up on me. I knew playing into his fear was fun. He screamed as he ran outside.
I decided to use this time to go upstairs and get in Jackson's bed. His bed was soft and it smelled like him but even though I'm mad at him, his bed is what I needed. I turned on his tv and put on my favorite movie. I got up untying my robe and laying it against his chair. I slid under the covers and lowered and turned the lights off from the bed. I took that deep breath in and just relaxed.
I turned on Justin's spyware on my phone. He sent out messages to others,
'Rebecca is ALIVE!'
I turned on the speaker and I heard him breathing heavily as if he was running. I hear the snapping of the twigs and the crunching of leaves.
He starts screaming "Get them off me! Get them off me! I'm so sorry Rebecca!"
Then I heard the sound, a sound that I have once heard before, of his neck snapping.
I went through his phone and sent out my own message. "I will find you. You won't be able to hide. Xo Rebecca." I then wiped his phone of any trace of me, as I did with Trey.
