Mae frowned upon hearing Ashley's request, "Pardon?"
"I said I would visit the orphanage today, so help me get ready," Ashley repeated.
Annie looked up at Ashley from her hug, "You can't, Your Highness. The doctor said you need to rest for a week."
Ashley looked at Annie upon hearing her words.
"Annie is right, Your Highness. A doctor examined you and said you collapsed due to fatigue and lack of sleep." Ashley looked at Mae's position and found Lola entering the room. Then she added, "I must forbid you from going out today."
"But-" Ashley wanted to reason out, but Lola spoke first.
"You. Must. Rest. Today." Lola firmly said.
Ashley looked at Lola with a dejected face while Lola tried to stop herself from giving in to Ashley's request.
"No, you can't, Your Highness," Lola looked away.
"Just for today, let me visit the orphanage. I promise I will start resting tomorrow," Ashley insisted.
