"Heron…Beorot," Marianne uttered as she saw him with a lamp.
"Hello, Marianne. Long time no see, I guess?" he grinned. "How is the room I prepared for you?"
Marianne wanted to say something, but she didn't have the strength to do so she let him talk.
"You might wonder why you are here and why I abducted you. Simple," Heron glared at her. "How could you get married to the man who stripped off my title and left me behind?"
"I don't…owe you… anything," Marianne tried to utter.
"Oh, come on, Marianne. I know you love me, too, don't you? That is why you accepted my gifts and letters of love wholeheartedly." Heron said with a grin.
"I never accepted… them… I throw…them all away…"
Heron stopped grinning, "Then how about the girl I gave you?"
