"Remove your shirt, Evan. Quick!" Ashley said upon entering the room the Empress provided. Then she turned to the bathroom and quickly opened the faucet. Then she got out and saw Evan was standing still.
"What are you doing? We need to cool down your skin. Remove your shirt now and come here."
"But I'm fine, Ashley. The water wasn't that hot."
She walked towards him and positioned herself behind him. "Please let me see your back."
Evan sighed as he unclasped his buttons one by one and removed his shirt, revealing to Ashley his broad back. Ashley examined it and sighed in relief.
"I don't see any burn marks nor swelling. But the skin has some redness; thus, we should cool it down." Then Ashley held his arms, and they walked towards the bathroom.
Then she touched the water in the tub and nodded, "The water is cool but not too cold. Please dip your body here for a while, especially your back."
