"How about cutting their limbs?" Evan suggested.
"Are you trying to kill our knights, Your Grace?" Gilbert asked.
Ashley looked at Evan with a worried look that made Evan sigh. "Alright. After every lap, you should do ten push-ups and run again until you finish." The four knights lightened up while Ashley sighed in relief.
"But." Evan added, "You must return here and spar with Gilbert until you defeat him. I don't care if it is four versus one, but you must defeat him. Now, go, or I might change my mind. The rest, go and do your morning drills."
The knights immediately dispersed while the four knights walked with gloomy looks. Ashley glared at Evan as she walked towards him.
"You knew they couldn't defeat Lord Gil but told them to spar with him."
"I have this feeling: Gilbert will be defeated today," Evan smirked as he patted his shoulder. Then he faced her again, "Now that you are here, let's go and train."
