After sitting on the bed, Minella suddenly remembers the night of her first turning. She doesn't have a clear memory, but from her fuzzy memory she could tell that she might have hurt Raina that night. She was adamantly watching Raina's back, which was leaving her sight slowly as she left the room.
Minella slowly shifted her legs on the bed while moaning silently in pain as she thought, watching Raina back, "She never answers my question about whether I hurt her on the day of my first change or not. After crawling onto the bed she signs in a deep breath as she concludes, "but there is no point in asking. She won't tell me about it. I am her first concern in this life . She will accept death, but don't accept my pain. " She was slowly squeezing herself on the bed as she turned over her pillow, silently whispering, "I wonder what derives her to go to this extent."
"That must be a really horrible night for her." slowly closing her eyes, Minella whispered.
Soon the room became silent because, after laying on the bed for a while, Minella fell asleep.
Upon returning with medicine in her hand, Raina screams through the door, "Minella, I am here." But after entering the room, she found Minella's silent snorting, which made her feel a little at ease.
Now her movement of the legs has become slow. She places the medication in front of Minella's desk in complete silence so as not to wake her.
But as she turned around while putting back the medicine, her eyes glimpsed some sight of Minella. She felt Minella's completion had somewhat changed. She pulled her face closer to Minella in order to confirm. Her eyes widened as she got the close view. She was not hallucinating at all; the complexion of Minella really did change. She became quite paler than before.
Raina grasps herself and jolts Minella to wake up with involuntary instinct.
"Hmmm..." Minella began to stir and was making a slurry sound while her brows were knitting in annoyance.
She opened her eyes in an instant as he grabbed the annoying hand while looking at her in amazement, "Raina!"
After waking up, she found a worried expression on her face, which made her sit in the right position in an instant. But while she was attempting to sit, she found a dying pain inside of her body, which was most likely generated because of the breaking of her body.
"Aaaah!" The words come out unconsciously from her mouth.
While supporting Minella back with her hand, Raina screamed, "Don't force yourself to sit, drink your medicine first."
She put more pillows behind her back in an attempt to make her comfortable.
"Why are you making a worried face?" while leaning toward the pillow, Minella asked.
While forcing a fake grin Minella smirked as she added, "I am not dying, you know."
Raina frowned in amazement after hearing her words and put her finger over the lips of Minella as she hushed, "Death should fall upon your enemy."
"Now take this medicine before it's too late and stop talking nonsense." After lifting the medicine from the table, she opened the cap in order to give it to Minella.
As she looked inside the bottle, she became shocked and grasped hard this time. She gave a pitiful glance towards Minella, her lips trembling in fear.
Minella, after seeing Raina's struggling face, chuckles softly, saying, "Looks like my luck has run out."
There can only be one thing that could have caused Raina to quiver this much, and that is probably the possibility that the medicine in the bottle she is clutching does not actually contain any medication.
Even as she stood still, Raina's hands were visibly trembling with terror.
Normally, she brings Minella Raina's medication from the Rufus warehouse, so she might feel guilty because she forgot to do it this time due to extensive preparation and lots of work in the palace

She all of a sudden realizes that Minella's eyes have already turned and if somebody sees her that way, then they are doomed.
She quickly put down the bottle of medicine on the table and dashed towards the door before it got opened.
After frantically opening the door, she found the other maid standing in front of the gate and about to open it any moment. She got startled once the door opened at once.
"Oh Miss Sicilian, What brings you here?" Raina put on an awkward smile as She cleared her throat.
As far as Raina knows, Miss Sicilian is the personal maid of Miss Hainly.
Raina and Minella are the maids who work in the building of the royal palace.
In the palace where they live, the place has two groups of maids are assigned according to their origin. One is a higher wing maid and one is a lower wing maid.
There is also different building for higher wings maids and lower wings maids.
The different maid buildings had a different dressing designs of a uniform pattern. as if they were ranked according to their position. In the higher wings, maids are basically nobles who either have fallen out of their nobility or nobles who serve the kings with their own will as maids.
And the lower wings are the maids selected from the commoners.
Raina and Minella, who work as maids, are also part of the lower wings because of their commoner origins.
The lower maids live in the rundown building behind the main building near Royal Palace, while the higher-ranking maids live in the main building.
The main building of maids is the place that is near the royal palace, where all the maids with higher status live. Their main purpose is to serve royalty. Instead of serving royalty, the lower wing maids are in charge of other lower works.
which is also the reason that Raina and Minella have never seen any royals in front of their eyes while serving all seven years as maids.
Miss Hailey, the head maid, oversees all of the maid groups and supervises each maid's work.
Miss Sicilian is the personal maid of Miss Hainley.
