Xandria kingdom even though become victorious but didn't destroy the Kingdom of Anthia. Instead, they let them have all the status and royalty.
On one condition.
It made the king, subjugated ruler of Xandria, and king Arthur at that time accepted that condition without any questions.
Since then the kingdom of anthia become the subordinate of the kingdom of Xandria and allow its hegemony over them, they were given freedom and allowed to rule over their land.
The Kingdom of Xandria Only poses three conditions which were, the first thing that is forced on it the banishment of the use of rubella. And any future use of rubella will be illegal and whoever is found to have possessed that item will be subject to high punishment.
After the issuance of the decree, rubella becomes the Forbidden item in the kingdom.
