"Are you sure you don't want us to come with you?" Misha asked as he handed over the bag of supplies for the whole mission to Ren. "We can help."
Erilyn was loading the saddlebags with extra clothes she bought on the market. Luckily, the vendors were early risers, so she went there while they were still setting up their shops for the day.
They were in front of the apartment, readying themselves for the trip. While doing so, she was listening in on Ren's conversation with the other Flamerose guys. The sun was beginning to show herself, tendrils of sunlight slowly peeking out from the clouds. The air was moist, smelling of morning dew and fresh bread from a nearby bakery. The scent was heavenly, but Erilyn believed she didn't have any appetite.
"It's fine, I'm all the help our little healer needs," Ren said, busying himself with his own saddlebag on his own horse which he'd borrowed from his boss earlier as Erilyn went to the marketplace.
