In her sight, Xia Dongyi become the center of a large whirphool which was absorbing everything around it.
But before Sikong Xinmei could quench her curiousness and surprise, the absorbing stopped completely, and what remained was only Xia Dongyi standing there with a look that seemed to be trying to keep it as formal as it could but inside, Xia Dongyi felt like being on seventh Heaven.
'It was more easy to control than I thought it would be, and it directly increased my cultivation base too much...this skill is terrifying.' Xia Dongyi marveled. What she had done just now was using her skill, [The Aura of Devouring], something which had evolved completely. "Yes, Sect Master, I had gained Enlignement during the time I was practicing Alchemy, but only now did I got to know the true effect of the Enlignement." Xia Dongyi answered honestly. She had nothing or not much to hide from Sikong Xinmei about her Physique as she was able to know more about it from Sikong Xinmei in the past.
A smile bloosmed on Sikong Xinmei's face. She felt happy for Xia Dongyi, and at the same time, a hope ignited in her heart, 'Maybe she would be able to become strong...'
"Then congratulations, and should I visit later on as you may need some time alone to digest those enlignment." Sikong Xinmei spoke in a happy tone but in the end it turned worried.
Gaining Enlignment in cultivation was hard or near impossible for normal disciples, and even for someone as Xia Dongyi, it was only the second time that she had ever gained Enlignement.
And, you need to spend way too much time alone and cultivate to get the maximum benefits from the Enlignemnt. Some cultivators even spend 5 years too, but at the same time, some even finished all that not to be sent for a single day this words.

Sikong Xinemi then laid down her head on the bed again and Xia Dongyi slowly placed her hand over the soft back of Sikong Xinmei.

She was feeling the cold hands of Xia Dongyi directly on her back.
As for what they were doing?
They are slowly removing the poison from Sikong Xinmei's body, a poison that had taken over for more that half of the body. The poison slowly travel to the different parts of the body and made the victim feel cold all over their body.
The poison was weird for Xia Dongyi because she never find anything related to this poison, not even a single record even after going through the whole First and the second floor of the Library and the Technique Hall.
But Xia Dongyi could remove that poison by devouring it, but due to the poison already being spread to her whole body, Sikong Xinmei needed to do it on regular monthly intervals. But there was also a drawback to that.
The part where the Devoring was used would become way too sensitive as Xia Dongyi only absorbed the poison, and nothing else. And the sensitivity was way too much, even more than when Yang Qi was used. A single touch to that place will give that person the best pleasures of their life.
Xia Dongyi continued to move her hand over the soft back of Sikong Xinemi while devouring her Ice Poison. A wave of blue energy traveled from her hands to her meridians, directly towards the Dantian where it got stored along with the other Yin Qi that she gathered today.

The blushed deepened on Xia Dognyi's face as she heard Sikong Xinemi's alluring moan. She felt the desire to do more with the beauty laying in front of her; but she controlled herself with the last straw of thinking of helping Sect Master; making that her motivation to fight against the desires of a living being.
