Chapter 32 - Hurt

"Ok~. Second box." I said, taking out the second box and undoing the seal as Altair waited patiently for me to undo the seal while he placed the empty boxes onto the side. 

"This place is pretty." He mumbled, looking around him, the clear stream of water flowing beside us, the tree behind him and around us with little petals falling from their branches. 

Reaching out, he caught a flower in his hands and stared at it closely before turning to me, a slight smile coming on his face.

"Pretty." He said, holding the flower out to me as I finally got the box open. 

I would have gotten it open earlier had I not been very busy staring at the man in front of me like a creature parched of water for weeks on end. 

"It really is," I said, smiling as I stared at the flower in his hands. "The smell is nice too."
