Upon hearing Avery say so, Nancy Sallow suggested they go back to Avery's store to tell the story because it was hard for her to speak up in the fast food restaurant outside.
Avery agreed, and the two returned to the store, where the cake master stayed behind while the rest went on their break. Only one shop assistant remained, as there were hardly any customers at this time.
Avery first brewed a pot of coffee before they settled down in the Resting Room at the back. Over coffee, they listened to the story.
