As the Spring Festival approached, it was another weekend, and Carolline was on her day off. Grandma Hawkins, who seemed to have heard some news, called Carolline, asking her to come home and keep her company, even sending a driver to pick her up.
Carolline couldn't refuse, so she agreed.
She got ready at home and was about to leave when Henry came back from outside.
"Going out?" Carolline loved to see her father wearing a white coat. He seemed extraordinarily handsome whenever he wore it.
"Yeah." Carolline nodded, put on a small backpack, and naturally wrapped her arms around Henry's arm, "I caught you! Our Dr. Ruiz is actually coming home during work hours."
"Get out of here, where are you going?" Henry rarely cared about Carolline's whereabouts.
"Grandma Hawkins wants me to go to their house." Carolline didn't hide it, "I won't be back for lunch. I'll probably come back after eating there."
