Jasmine didn't get through and didn't try again, as it was already late. Maybe they'd gone to bed, but since Carolline called, it should be good news.
Jasmine was already tired, and Christopher was still on the phone. She didn't plan to go out and check, so she lay in bed waiting. She didn't know how long she waited, but when she was feeling drowsy, Christopher finally came in.
"What phone call took so long?" Seeing Christopher enter, Jasmine sat up, supporting her waist.
"Well, it's nothing. A friend asked me to come out for his birthday tonight. You can go to sleep first, and I'll try to come back as soon as possible." Christopher said, opening the wardrobe and choosing an outfit.
