Carolline Ruiz removed her white coat, grabbed her bag, and left ten minutes after the end of her shift. As she went downstairs, she bumped into Megan Clifton, who was slowly coming down as well.
Megan's belly was getting bigger and bigger, and Andy Aguirre urged her not to take the elevator during the after-work rush hour. It was okay for her to leave a little later, so Megan now usually stayed for another ten minutes or so before leaving.
"You're leaving late today too?" The two women looked at each other and smiled as Carolline entered the elevator.
But Carolline had no idea that Gary Skate was still on their floor. As soon as Carolline entered the elevator, Gary quickly followed her in.
Megan was startled, "Dean Skate, what performance are you putting on today?"
