After putting Axel to sleep, she saw Bryan Hawkins waiting for her in the living room. She pretended not to see him and went straight to her room. Soon after, she came out with a pillow and a cool blanket, just as Bryan Hawkins opened the door to come in. Seeing her actions, he took the pillow and blanket from her hands himself.
"I'll sleep outside," he said, knowing he had done something wrong and voluntarily leaving the room.
"That was the plan." Carolline said, then closed the door.
