Carolline wasn't on the night shift that night. After dinner and a stroll, she went to the Inpatient Department to spend some time with Bryan's grandparents. When Hawkins Family's servant came to take over, Carolline left with them.
"Carolline, do you have any plans for the Mid-Autumn Festival?" Grandma Hawkins held Carolline's hand, reluctant to let go.
"I'm not sure yet, Grandma Hawkins." At the mention of the Mid-Autumn Festival, Carolline's heart couldn't help but tremble. Bryan should be back by then, right?
"No worries. I've already asked around. Your father will be on the night shift that day, and your mother seems to have something going on at school. You'll be off work, so come spend the Mid-Autumn Festival at our place, okay?" Grandma Hawkins looked at her with eager anticipation.
