The family of three was officially back together, and the happiest one was Axel. When he got home, he insisted that Carolline Ruiz help him take a bath and tell him bedtime stories, which was stopped by Bryan Hawkins.
The reason was simple. It's inappropriate for mothers and sons to share the bathroom together. So, if Axel still needed help taking baths, he should only let Hawkins help. Mother must never.
Axel stared blankly. Carolline didn't oppose. It was good to make Axel realize it sooner. So, She agreed with her husband's words. She told the bedtime story to Axel.
Caroline's voice was soft and soothing. Axel quickly drifted off to sleep.
Although, she was on her period, Carolline still returned to the Main Bedroom. She had become accustomed to having Hawkins holding her as they fell asleep. It was quite an adjustment not having that.
So you could say, habit is a scary thing.
