The only thing she likes about Bernard Taylor is his dedication and extreme responsibility towards his patients when he's working. This dedication and responsibility are unrelated to the patients' identities, whether rich or poor, he treats them all equally.
This is the only thing she appreciates and admires about Bernard Taylor.
She doesn't like a lot of things about him – this man's deliberate targeting, his weird personality, some extremely bizarre ideas, and his initial self-righteousness.
