"How long till the court session?" Daisy Willow was very touched that Carolline Ruiz had considered so much for her. A simple thank you would never be enough. In the future, when she was able, she would definitely repay Carolline Ruiz's kindness.
"From the time the subpoena is received, to the lawyers' meeting to discuss, and then to set a trial date, at the very least it will take a week." This was Carolline Ruiz's guess; she didn't understand the exact procedure and would have to ask Simon Carrington.
"Before that, I want to go home once. I wonder if Lawyer Carrington can agree to that?" Daisy Willow suddenly felt homesick. She wanted to go home and apologize to her parents. She had neglected them for so long, all for an unworthy man like Cole Duncan.
"Shouldn't be a problem. We can call Simon Carrington when the time comes." Carolline Ruiz nodded.
