"Um, okay, thank you, Auntie." Bryan Hawkins expressed his gratitude, helped Axel take off his wet clothes, and, after Emily Hill brought a set of Henry Ruiz's clothes over, they closed the door and started showering in the bathroom, with laughter occasionally coming from inside.
Axel was the happiest of all. Carolline Ruiz let the porridge cool down and joined her parents in the living room, waiting for the father and son horsing around inside. Her face didn't look very good.
"Come on, it's a rare chance for Axel to have fun with his dad. Don't be like this." Emily Hill said, prompting Carolline to regain her composure. She asked Henry Ruiz, "By the way, Bryan has been with Axel all this time, isn't he busy at work?"
He's in charge of such a big company. There are so many chain hotels in the country, not to mention the foreign market he's been expanding into these years. He used to not take any vacation for a year, and now he's unexpectedly idle, which is a bit worrisome.
