Carolline Ruiz covered her mouth in surprise. What had just happened in the span of a few minutes?
Bryan Hawkins' focus was entirely on Joyce Lopez, so he didn't notice Carolinne Ruiz and Andy Aguirre standing nearby. As soon as the elevator door opened, he carried the woman in his arms into the elevator.
Shortly after, about a dozen security guards escorted an old man with white hair out of the restroom.
Xavier Estrada ignited a 120 alarm, but did not follow them downstairs. Instead, he asked the duty manager if any members of the Lopez Family were dining here. Upon confirmation, he headed towards the private room booked by the family.
And that's when Xavier saw Carolline. He also noticed Andy standing next to her, and Carolinne's very obvious pregnant belly. He was stunned for a moment, before finally speaking, "...Ms. Carolline Ruiz?"
"What's going on?" The scene had left Carolinne quite shaken, but she found herself asking the question anyway.
