Annum Brown quickly fell asleep after a while, his eyelids fighting with each other.
Grace Gordon and Stanhope Brown had originally agreed that Grace would first be with Annum, and after Stanhope finished his work, they would join them, as a family of three, to watch the stars on the rooftop.
Unexpectedly, when Stanhope arrived after finishing his work, Annum had already fallen asleep in Grace's arms.
Stanhope looked at his little treasure sleeping soundly in his wife's arms, gently laughed, and kissed Annum's little face. He then sat down behind Grace, his hands gently wrapped around her slim waist.
"Done with work..." Grace's voice was soft.
Stanhope's face was full of apology: "I'm really sorry, I'm late... The child is already asleep!"
Grace lowered her head, glanced at Annum in her arms, and smiled: "It's okay... Annum looked very happy today!"
