Loucesa planned to visit the land of vrindes once again... however the humans had nothing to offer him. He had jubril prepare his luggage for his journey to the human realm but it was futile going there. He'd visit the church but father Oliver had still not an inkling of where Sabrina could be. He had giving him limited time and he's time was up. He wondered if she had managed to escape but got caught up in the hands of humans. The humans were dangerous creatures which often killed all sought of creatures from the witches to night creatures and packs family but one thing they couldn't mess with were the demons in their lands. After pacing back and forth he grabbed his coat from one of the many servants in his castle and teleported.
Olaf kept on throwing knives and casting spells in them before throwing them. Sabrina found them difficult to avoid and couldn't attack her from a close range. She jumped and dodge all of her attacks with great difficulty.
"Stay still dear, I'm not going to kill you I'm only going to trap you with one off my spells till my dearest comes back with the materials for the ritual." Olaf said and smiled deviously
"Are you crazy Olaf! He will kill you immediately you are done with the ritual. Let me save you Olaf, let me save you from him, I'll forgive you all your sins and the prize you'll pay is just to come too me." Sabrina said in one go and panting at the end of her sentence. Olaf stared at her with so much hatred and envy in her eyes and kept on casting spells. Sabrina tried to think of a spell to cast but she was drained and didn't think she could cast some spells. She needed all the strength she could gather because Olaf was getting stronger and she was getting weaker every minute passing.
Joy sneaked into the library, trying to avoid getting caught by any of the sisters. She planned to search for the books about the ancient church.... They'd be something about the ancient church that had to do with Sabrina disappearance she thought. She whispered for only her hearing, trying to catch a glimpse on her memories of the rows the books were kept when she and Sabrina saw them. She'd check were they left one of them but she couldn't find it there no longer.
'Could it be the sisters and father Oliver was trying to hide some dark secrets about the church?' she questioned no one but herself and continued her search. After thoroughly checking a row she sighed and looked at and leaned on a book to eavesdrop when she heard whisperings coming from the other side of the shelves. She dropped on her knees and crawled to the next rolls of shelves. She looked at the signs embroiled on each book shelves. She crawled again but this time opposite to the previous shelve she eavesdropped. She wanted a good glance at the people's face.
"What do you mean loucesa is on a killing streak... You mean to say he's on a killing stream for those clever creatures that deserves to be extinct but unfortunately are not." Father Oliver said and shoved a book between other books in a shelve. He paced around and dreaded loucesa killing streak. He knew how dangerous the ancient demon could get. He once heard of a story of how loucesa killed a thousand army of demons. He'd wondered what would fall upon the church if loucesa arrived.
"Sister Angela we need to find out why he's hell bent on retrieving the girl." He said calmly and chuckled.
"Father we all know she's the last Ackerman... Angela said and paused for a few seconds waiting for his reply. She wanted to know if he knew who the little girl was.
" Yes she is. There's a possibility he wants the rings for himself. He can command the Ackerman to open the gates leading to other worlds or perhaps even close the gates, after all he's a demon slayer. Slays his own kinds."
"But that's where you are wrong father" . Angela said and stepped closer towards him, leaning forward she said ;
"The folk tale the villagers told said she needs to dwell the rings but she has non."
"Don't listen to those Savage animals, they will do anything for money and lands, Might as well spread rumors just for the gossips, But if it's true we need to find that girl, she's the only way we can find the rings. They must be connected to her." Father Oliver said and sighed while counting the prayer beads with a cross on it.
She stood straight and tried not to get caught while she got some words from the conversation. She couldn't see the people speaking but at least she will get info. She peeped through a small opening in the book shelve that wasn't covered with wood behind it which enabled her to see. She pressed her chest hard against the fragile wooden shelve but unknowingly to her the shelve was going to collapse. She leaned in some more then a book fell on the ground which made a loud thud sound.
"Did you hear that?" Father Oliver asked sister Angela and made his way towards the sound. He stood tall and looked around while joy crouched on the floor. She held her breath and covered her mouth, trying to stop the whimpering sounds threatening to escape from her mouth. She could feel her heart leaping and her cheeks wet from the tears falling down her flushed cheeks due to fear of getting caught. What was going to happen her If she got caught.
