This morning I was ment to have a nice relaxed day no chores or nothing but it got all disturbed by a gunshot.
We all rushed out of our house and went to the centre of the town.
4 members from each family over the age of 5 have to put there names in a hat for the council games.
This happens every year because our ruler wants to have less people in his country.
It was over for my family we had the twins who turned six they're still too young infact everyone here is madre rushes to the messager, falls on her knees and pleads that our family doesnt take part they are so young the oldest out of the family is 14 they ignore her and leave.
Madre seemed so upset she could barely walk. As we head back, I remeber how my mother died one of the games I was six myself I was there in the games we had to survive when someone set our safe hut on fire.
Its almost impossible to win the games only one is to make it out alive.
