AMAIRA
Feeling a painful ache in my head, I groan softly as I groggily open my eyes, shutting it quickly with a louder groan when a ray of light seeped into them, almost blinding me.
"Robby!!!" I yelled out for my little brother, Robert. I assumed I was having another one of my early morning migraines so I naturally called out for him to get me some aspirin, but my voice just trailed off and I didn't even hear the familiar sound of his hurried footsteps on the plank boards as he ran to get it- no questions asked.
Finally opening my eyes, I scan the ceiling and frown. When did I get a chandelier in my room?
Groaning softly, I stand up again, dismissing the sharp pain in-between my legs as I scanned the room with my sharp eyes, taking in the strange, new room decorations and furnitures I've never seen before.
I'm suddenly aware that I am not home or crashing at Mia's place like I usually do.
