Continuation of Luke's POV.
I signaled for the guard to proceed with killing her. Did she think I was really going to spare her because she talked? It must be that stupid Alpha that is asking for Trina's hand in marriage because they needed her power. I should tighten her security. I went back inside and called Malcolm to call the wolf priest for me. I needed to ask him about Daniel's issue. It is giving me an unnecessary headache.
I went back to my room to rest a bit but I could not rest. The way Daniel compelled me to obey his command baffled me strongly and the way he could sniff out that maid baffled me. I sat up and started thinking about it. How could he do that? Is he a returnee of Derek? This thought of Derek sent shivers down my bone. No, it could not be. I saw it with my both eyes when it happened. Who the hell is Catrina? I had known her for the past twenty-five years and I had seen her do things but I still cannot get the kind of creature she is.
